The Long-Lost Parachuting Paratrooper Beaver Footage From 1950

Recommended Posts

Could there be anything more typical 1950's tech than a documentary from the 1950s about dropping Beavers by parachute, and that 1950s style documentary deep voice?

I wish they had more footage of how they trained the paratrooper Beavers.

Yes - its April Fools Day, but no this isn't a joke even though it is very very funny.  It is REAL!

It looks like the guy stroking the beaver is missing a finger. Possibly a beaver injury. Remember to always

keep your fingers clear of beavers.

Always good advice but - I bet that is from a previous project. Parachuting alligators.
