Bendix King developed the AeroCruze and certified it a couple years ago. It's been put into a few Mooneys already. Here's one recent install: 

 

The TruTrak company was purchased back in 2019 and that's the autopilot (now called Aerocruze 100) that people have been waiting for.

I think Bendix King has also been paying people to replace the KI300 indicators with GI275, haven't they?

Maybe they will eventually pay people to replace the aerocruze 230 with a GFC500?

So... I guess my question would be, how much would it cost to upgrade my KAP150 to a KFC150 and enable me to upgrade to this touchscreen... (which kind of bothers me, i want buttons and knobs on an AP for turbulence purposessss)

If changing the out the flight computer... the display is probably the only thing else needed...

The KFC sends data to operate the flight director bars...

So... if going with a new glass panel, and a new AP computer.... 

Check your details, looks like you might get everything...
