Scottsdale Ramp Parking

Here's a far fetched question, 

Is there any 'public' GA parking at Scottsdale (KSDL) that doesn't involve the FBO? Or anyone have a ramp spot they've vacated for the next few days?

There used to be quite a lot of public parking in front of the terminal building.   Since the new building went in it seems like there's less, but I think that area is still available for public parking.   You can call the airport management ahead of time or ask ground control.   People were parking to go to the restaurant all the time.

Ugh. Monopolizing and Privatization of ramps at a public airport is disgusting. I wish AOPA did more to prevent this predatory behavior.
