Salvo
I'm selling my Mooney (N57227) at gmaxamericanaircraft.com and have a lightly used Muncy Tug for sale. $497. Come and get it at Denton, Texas (KDTO).
carusoam
Salvo, what’s next? Selling the Mooney can be tough... but selling the Muncy, that’s like getting out of aviation... Fortunately Mr. Muncy is still with us on MS. Best regards, -a-
Salvo
Still in aviation! Purchased a 1986 Malibu, and the Muncy won't fit under the long nose.
Tx_Aggie
Still for sale? I’m interested, what’s a Muncy Tug? I’m in Midland, what model was your former Mooney?

If you search I think he elaborated on how he built it (parts required, etc).

I tried to search for the thread but couldn’t find it. Must’ve been a long time ago. Can anyone post the link?
Salvo
Don Muncy (Dallas, TX) is still a member and is still building tugs as far as I know. It's his own unique and creative design. All electric and much cheaper than a gas-powered tug. Mine has been sold, but you can see if he is still building them. I posted a photo of a Muncy tug with my original post.
DonMuncy
Yes, I'm here and well. And yes, I still make and sell my tugs. If anyone is interested, take a look at my gallery. Or PM me.
Stnelson903
Don built one for me. Best tug I’ve ever come across. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
