Sunriver Fly-In Covid-19 Guidelines

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I have had a few questions about the West Coast Mooney Club Summer Conference & Retreat scheduled to take place at the Sunriver Resort and the COVID Requirements or guidelines for Oregon.

I am communicating with the resort weekly to discuss how we can best serve our club members who will be attending while following the health protocols as outlined by the Oregon Health & Safety regulations.  Obviously this is a moving target and should changes or cancellation of the event need to be made we will do everything we can to make sound and well informed decisions in regard to our event plans for Aug 20-23.

In the link below you will find the Sunriver Operations Manual for the Sunriver Resort.  They are following the Oregon Health & Safety Guidelines in the operations of the resort and the hotel and events center where our Summer Conference is scheduled to be held.  Please click on the link below and follow the prompts to review each section of the resort operations and how they are maintaining the highest standards possible while still remaining open per the Oregon reopening guidelines.  Hopefully the information in the link below will give you some confidence that everything possible will be done to assure the well being of all of the resort and event guests at the Sunriver Resort.
