The Mooney Caravan safety committee and Flight Operations Committee has completed their internal review of the flight incident occurring enroute to OSH 2019. Here is a link to the page where you can find the full report.

The improvements have been adopted starting January 2020 and are now part of our standard operating procedures at our formation clinics and future operations of the Mooney Caravan.

Thanks for pointing that out. I've fixed the links in the document. If you go to here again...

If you download the document again, the NTSB reports links will work.

The web site is being converted to another platform with the service provider.  It should be up soon.  The new site is in final stages of construction and will have some links not functioning properly.  We know this and are finishing up the construction project.  The site will have new content and the old content that is not valid removed.  Please stand-by and we will have the project running shortly.

We decided to clean up the site now as the traffic is low and not any formation groups are meeting until the social distancing is relaxed.

Updated link for those like myself who weren't here in 2019 and are trying to understand what some people are still injecting into unrelated threads.

This is the part that many of us have given up waiting for, having been told that it will not be provided . . . . . . I personally just don't understand the need to hide information from fellow pilots.
