Jim Peace Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 (edited) I dont have my books with me but not sure they would help being that an oil filter was an add on I have an M20c O-360 carb with a spin on filter and of course the original oil screen What is the flow routing with the following components? sump, Pump, screen, spin on , engine, cooler, sump? It should apply to most Lycoming Engines but check the appropriate Operating and Installation Manual for your engine. carusoam Posted April 4, 2020 Report Share Posted April 4, 2020 Other than a screen on the pick up, an oil pressure regulator, and a bypass for a clogged filter... The oil cooler comes in a bit earlier, with a temperature sensitive by-pass valve... aka vernatherm... It looks like JIM has the main bases covered... Anything in particular you are looking for JIM?
