Let’s do the math...

Today is... 2/17

Original post was... 2/10

Seems like 17-10=7 days...  (Erik is going to ask me to join his math team...)

hmmm... about a week.

I bet this will sell in a week...let me know if you need an insurance quote.

Looks like Parker nailed it!

Which means...

Parker really knows the aviation market place...

-or-

Parker just bought another M20K!   :)

Congrats on the sale, hope it goes smoothly, let us know the new owner if/when able...

Best regards,

I didn't buy it, but I told one of my Airspeed Insurance clients about this post and he made a deal for it.  Maybe someone can buy his M20C if he is parting with it.

Perfect timing for both parties, it seems. :)

Congrats!  The big Garmin panels are selling these planes fast. IMO right now 100 percent of the large pfd upgrade cost is recouped at time of sale.  The 98-99 vintage encores will always be sought after imo as well.

Will you please call my wife and explain this economic theory  to her

Wonderful lesson for lots of airplane owner CB's.

Great plane, very fairly priced, well documented....sells in a week!

Parker, you didn't call me ;) If I were in the market now, I'd have jumped on this rare beauty.

Good luck and best wishes to all involved.

An example of a an M20K changing hands... resulting in Transition Training in the end...
Best regards,

Sure is a beauty! Yep, makes sense. Still focusing on aircraft first and making progress there before arranging for ferry back and transition training. Took time off from work today to orchestrate a lot of pre-buy activities!
