I wouldn't have any trepidation about landing that field at all.  That said, I don't know if I've ever seen a turf strip like that.  Long, unoccluded, flat, well tended.  Most of the turf strips around me are short, highly occluded (around here the trees don't listen to the FAA and grow way taller than 50 feet), and no where near as smooth as the one in the video.
