Added weights to my Missile?

I reviewed my POH this evening and noticed that there is an entry in the weight/balance record that lists an entry from 2000 (4 years after the Missile conversion) that lists "Add Charlie Weights" @ 19 lbs.  Any thoughts?

Seems to be the mystery of long body design....


M20Rs have a spare battery back there.  It is a requirement to have both back there for flight.  No leaving one behind to get charged....
