Need Hangar Build Advice

Probably a land lease that goes with that too...

Stretch everything financial out over 30 years... get financing for that... compare to monthly rent...

Build the house, then furnish it with the Mooney, and tour bus...

This will give you time to find the right Mooney and bus... 

and coordinate the proper color scheme for everything....

A few are bi-Continental...

I built mine for ~ $50,00 not including land cost.  No lights, plumbing, hvac--just 110/220 outlets. Fiberglass sheet skylights, ceiling insulation only, bare concrete floor.   Dont lose sight of the fact that it is a shed to keep your airplane out of the elements.  I can hang out there OK.  if its too hot or cold I go home or somewhere else.
