Owner since 1991, only 98 SMOH by Penn Yann to factory new limits. Prop has non-recurrent AD hub. Appareo ADS-B out xponder, Stratus 2S for ADS-B in, JPI FS-450 fuel totalizer, carb/outside temp gauge, KX-155, digital TKM MX 170C. King DME. Apollo GX-55 GPS. Tanis sump and cylinder preheater. New plexiglass in 2015 with 0.25 Great Lakes windows and one-piece (not 201) windscreen. Lord-type shock discs. O&N bladders with 54+ gal capacity. Brittain Accu-Trak II for VOR and GPS. Alpha Aviation seat belt/shoulder harnesses in front. Comes with Northwest PowerTow and Dynon D1 Portable EFIS, custom cabin cover. Mooney Service Center maintenance since 2007. Valuation tools show $50K+.

Rebuild in 2007. Logs are complete back to factory test flight in 1965. Located at Lancaster, PA KLNS.
