orionflt
I have been having trouble with my SOS box for a little while, It can be slow to work and is weak. I almost bought one off of someone here but decided to hold off because I wanted to be sure it was the SOS box. Now that I am sure I am hoping someone knows the part numbers for the breakers and capacitor or the specifications so i can order them before taking mine apart. N201MKTurbo
Just buy a Slick Start and be done with it. I did like the buzzing though.

Culver LFA
@Mooneymite My memory thinks MooneyMite had posted the part numbers in the past, I’m searching the archives now...

Andy95W
The SlickStart is a great unit- but pricey! Like $900 freakin' bucks! The standard Shower of Sparks works great if it's kept in good shape. Change the condenser, file/clean/gap the points, and that's about it! MIm20c
I have a bag of parts around here somewhere to rebuild the unit. Found out mine was brand new a few years ago so I didn’t use them. I’ll see if I can locate them.
orionflt
I looked at the slick replacement and decided a little TLC was cheaper and easier. besides mine has been working since Dec of 61, it deserves some attention.
