Century 31 no altitude hold

Recommended Posts

I have a Socata Trinidad with a good panel that includes a Century 31 autopilot.  However, the altitude hold is a problem (roll is no problem).  I noticed an entire string on folks who have a similar problem.  Can someone call me?  (973) 525-9400.  Thanks.  Larry

Welcome aboard, Larry.

you might type in what you want in a phone call... somebody might have an answer, but that someone might not be able to call you...

Best regards,

Altitude hold is derived from a barometric sensor coupled to the static system.

If your Century 31 operates correctly in pitch mode but won’t engage or hold altitude mode check the static connection and static system.

Have a look at the maintenance section of the Operating Manual for suggestions:
