FloridaMan 639 Report post Posted January 10 Is there a way to rotate photographs with the posting tools? I know the rotation angle is in the EXIF data, but I can't figure out how to rotate a picture after posting, which would be useful when posting from my phone. I just use PhotoEditor from the iOS store. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk Pro
gsxrpilot 8,830 Report post Posted January 10 I just post. If it shows up wrong, edit the post, delete the pic. Rotate it on your phone and then post again.
carusoam 8,374 Report post Posted January 10 Post it... if it works it works... if it doesn’t... Somebody’s hangar elf rotates it and reposts it... Nobody really notices who’s elf does the work. iphones and iPads are easy to rotate the picture so it is standing straight. Then post it after editing... FloridaMan 639 Report post Posted January 10 Ok, that worked. Looks like if I open the crop/rotate tool, rotate it back and forth, it gets saved in the correct orientation.

Seems like a lot of work. Most people just wait for Chris to fix it for them. 1
