There are still nagging issues though, all I will say on a public forum is research your shop thoroughly and I mean thoroughly!! I have added the before-during-and after photos. For those following the thread about the Rosen visors, it was a very simple remove and reinstall just as advertised. Nothing like a new interior to make it feel like a new plane. I would have done SB 208. At some point, you fly in the rain or park it outside on a trip. The windows are not the only area where water can get in. A poor seal on the roof coupled with a leaking drain line can introduce water. As can a poor seal at the wing root fairing. But the old style insulation would keep it against the steal tubes.... Enough to cause significant tube eating rust... Probably a good idea to be familiar with the tube inspection procedure... whether it is done and logged by a mechanic... (great idea) Or just being familiar as an owner in case water intrusion occurs... Water can come in from any opening. Unless you don’t fly in the rain...
