Are you able to swing your tail around far enough before shutdown to avoid hand pushing?

Yes. The cable is long enough that the 'swing' is relatively minor to get the tail where it needs to be. Then the winch straightens everything up automatically.

Ideal for me would be to hear the device bitching in my headset.  Too easy for me to lose track of time and forget to check.

Since this discussion was started… about four years ago…

I think I’m on my fourth Fitbit…. The most recent one measures O2 continuously…

battery stays charged nearly a week…

And communicates all the data to the iPhone…

Not sure if it has aural alarm limits to set…

It has vibrations that would easily be missed in a vibrating cockpit…

I typically use it as a heart rate monitor during running…

To get the %O2 number to drop… I exceed the HR limit….  :)

Now… to integrate all of the Fitbit with the iPhone… and port it to the audio panel…

That is technically possible… as some people have their iPad navigation systems connected to the audio panel…

hmmmm……. getting closer to a real solution….

Nothing goofs up the sense of time like a low O2 status… :)  (there is one thing….that is similar… a few bxxrs…)

PP thoughts only… don’t drink and fly…

Best regards,
