An acquaintance recently suffered a stroke and is not expected to recover. His guardian wants to sell his J model.  I haven’t seen it but saw an offer from an FBO that estimated $13K to get it flyable (annual, prop & governor overhaul, etc.). If you are interested PM me and I will pass on your contact information. I don’t know any other details.
