If you go with a single color LED you won't need the the toggle switch, the dimmer has an "OFF" position, the toggle only switches from one color to the other.

I have that PWM. Works great through the entire LED range.

Dimmer works good, very compact and it actually has a off position,  I bench tested it all, max draw was 0.96 amps, left it on for over an hour and only the LED strip got warm (106°f)
