I don't think that acceleration during takeoff is uniform since the propeller's efficiency changes with airspeed ...and other factors.  The g force would have to be correlated to a specific point in the takeoff.

Density altitude is a serious factor-  took off at DA of 10,000 this summer in Wyoming.  Acceleration was less than half what it is at sea level.

I don't know if it interfaces with your autopilot, you would have to email them. It will be certified as primary AI so no backup required. However that does not necessarily mean no backup recommended...

Send them an email. The few times I have I received quick responses from them.
