Lake Wales X07 Fly-In Saturday

We had a nice lunch last month with 4 Mooneys, 1 Lake, and 1 Mercedes bringing 11 people together at Williston.

Our next event will be this Saturday, August 11, at Lake Wales (X07).  There is no restaurant on the field, but the airport manager, Jared DeLong is arranging to have a city van drive us to an nearby place.  So fly in,  park on the ramp by the self service fuel, and a van will take you to the terminal building and then to the restaurant. This has worked well in the past. 

 

Ruth and David are up in Michigan via his seaplane, so he would appreciate it if you thank the van driver, and if someone sends him an e-mail afterwards telling him how it went and who was there.

 

All events start at 11:30.

Try to e-mail David (daveanruth@aol.com) by Thursday to let him know if you are going to attend. He then lets the restaurant know the approximate head count.  Of course no one is obligated to come if something better comes up.
