I guess I should rephrase it.  The one in the picture is not cracked, just a deep groove for now.  If it progresses to a crack it doesn’t spray all of the oil out, it seeps out making quite a mess.

Two things I noticed in your pictures.  The oil return line for cylinder 2 looks close to the baffle.  There is an SB from Mooney with instructions for trimming the baffle to improve clearance.  I’d also add a bead of silicone between the baffle and start nose case to seal the air gap.

When I replaced my starter a few months ago, I had to address this.  The baffle had shifted and the return line was slightly chaffed.
