The Pacific & Mountain Northwest Squadron of the Mooney Caravan is hosting an advanced clinic September 6 - 8, 2019 at Eastern Oregon Regional Airport, Pendleton, OR (KPDT).   (This is the weekend AFTER the Labor Day Weekend).

The clinic is open to all aircraft of similar performance. FFI standards will be used, referencing the appropriate airplane supplements.  If you've previously attended a clinic or a Caravan, this is a great way to build upon your existing formation skills.  While this is an advanced clinic, individuals entirely new to formation flying will be considered as safety-pilot availability allows. (Please Note that due to currency requirements, attendance at this clinic does not qualify you for participation in the Caravan or other 2020 mass arrivals.

Registration includes catered meals at the airport.

For those not familiar with the area, Pendleton is situated in NE Oregon between the Cascade and Rocky Mountains, Columbia River and the  rolling hills of The Palouse. Unlike the Coastal Northwest, the weather in the Oregon outback is great year round.

Our FBO Partner Wildhorse Aviation has agreed to provide truck-based refueling at their self serve price (currently $4.75/gal).

While we were not able to obtain a group rate, there are several hotels in close proximity to the airport. Those hotels with the best deals are listed on the registration site.  The clinic hosts will assist with transportation as needed.

While planned for the 6th - 8th, we will entertain early bird arrivals on the 5th to facilitate more opportunities to fly on the 6th.
