I don’t remember which age of Mooneys got the hidden CBs...

Hiding them doesn’t make a lot of sense...

I do know when it comes to used Mooney parts... check in with... @acpartswhse Jerry has a few of everything.

Just replace it with a flat piece of aluminumn and let the breakers show like they should.

If you must have one like it, I think you can send it to Plane Plastics and they can duplicate it as an owner produced part.

You could have a mechanical engineer design a plug for it, 3D print the plug then vacuform the plastic over the form.
