INA201 Posted June 12, 2018 Report Posted June 12, 2018 My wife took a great picture without editing believe it or not. Something about having the wing in there just balances a good photo. 31 Quote
Pritch Posted June 12, 2018 Report Posted June 12, 2018 My wife would like to know camera setting and lens that she used Pritch Quote
INA201 Posted June 12, 2018 Author Report Posted June 12, 2018 Actually it was an iPhone 8 photo. No settings, filter, or anything. That was why I was surprised by how it came out. Quote

FloridaMan Posted June 12, 2018 Report Posted June 12, 2018 This is one I took with my phone last year. I have the mobile Lightroom on my phone and ran it through auto levels. The IPhone tends to not do a great job with white balance. 2 Quote

carusoam Posted June 14, 2018 Report Posted June 14, 2018 What camera was used to take pictures of Mooney pilots on the beach in the Bahamas? The special lens dropped at least 20 pounds and took away several years as well... Was that David and flyboy? Best regards, -a- Quote
Skates97 Posted June 14, 2018 Report Posted June 14, 2018 Pulled up at the pump at Chandler one evening and thought, that would make a good picture. Only had my phone so I took a couple. Ended up making a canvas out of this one and it hangs in my office at work. I love the lighting and the reflection of the tower and horizon on the plane. 6 Quote

It also means the cloud top is icy . . . . These images aren't always that clear. @buddy must have been close to that cloud. Quote
buddy Posted June 14, 2018 Report Posted June 14, 2018 It was the sun hitting the airplane as I was descending into the tops of the clouds. Quote

MyNameIsNobody Posted June 15, 2018 Report Posted June 15, 2018 My traffic on iPad has been a negative for my wife. She spots it on screen and I explain there is a 1500’ separation, but she is freaking out until I spot or the converge is past... 1 Quote
kris_adams Posted June 15, 2018 Report Posted June 15, 2018 Am I the only one worried about what @Marauder was going to post when he read the title of this thread "wife's pic."? I guess technically "girlfriend's pic" would have been worse. 2 1 Quote
