N231SM Posted April 25, 2018 Report Share Posted April 25, 2018 Just made my baggage door cover nice and pretty with new paint. Only problem is when it is installed, the bar rubs on the cover. CaptRJM Posted April 25, 2018 Report Share Posted April 25, 2018 I had the same problem after putting in all new interior plastic and door seal welt. A friend of mine had some 1/32” Kydex sheet. We cut a piece of it large enough to be secured by the existing frame screws and cover the welt. It has worked perfectly.
