It’s referred to as peanut panel and it’s the small panel section that some of our Moobeys have with small 2.25 instruments. I have one on the left side that holds my clock, ammeter and ignition switch. I have also seen some mounted underneath the main panel horizontally for smaller instruments, switches and breakers.
