Good choice, I was just with a client that had the 310 HP Eagle with an Acclaim prop. It was FAST, and I have been in a number of 310 HP Mooneys. I blame the speed on the lighter plane and Acclaim prop. I wont divulge numbers cause someone will say Im lying..

The thin blade will bring back half of the speed lost from TKS.  Nothing like climbing at 150kts and 1500 fpm. 

Curious what the speed difference is between the thin blade and the composite prop?

High useful load and the ability to jump off the runway with a full load. Ferry pilots at 300-400 lbs over still get 1000 fpm initially.

The composite wasnt that much of a hit at all, the Acclaim prop is just that much better. faster

As an individual, not a business, buying and selling a plane is an ordinary part of being on MS...

You can find the area where planes are listed for sale... and start a new thread specific to your plane...

To do that, you may need to pay the small donation... see the donate button at the bottom of the page...

When you get a chance... update your information in the part that is called your avatar... pic, location, plane details...
