Dear Mooney Enthusiast,

We had IFR weather with rain, cloud, and light turbulence for our last event in Vero Beach, but three Mooneys brought 8 people together for a good time visiting and eating.

Our next event will be this Saturday, December 9 at Punta Gorda (PGD) at 11:30.  The forecast for Saturday at PGD is currently mostly Sunny, so hopefully it will be a nice day.

All events start at 11:30.

Please check your e-mail before attending as sometimes I make last minute changes for various reasons.

January 13, 2018,  Leesburg (LEE)  Chapter 534 of the EAA will cook us hot dogs and hamburgers in their hanger.  Afterwards we will transport everyone that wants to see Ruth’s     garden railroad (1,000 linear feet of G gauge track in 4 loops, with probably 6 trains running) to our house and back.

I really appreciate it if you can e-mail me by Thursday night of the week of the event and let me know if you are going to try to make it, so I can call the restaurant on Friday with a head count.  No one is obligated to come if they told me they are coming and can’t make it for mechanical, weather, health, or any other reason.
