When my 66E is feeling old I bring my ‘48 Matchless by to make it feel better...

They’ve met but I don’t have any pictures of them together.

Beautiful machine. Did you do the restoration yourself. I couldn't tell whether that is a tachometer or speedometer, but it appears to be chronometric, neat.

I get the "trifecta" but I was waiting on some to hit the Grand Slam.  Where are all the boats, planes, cars and bikes.  Here is a vid of my son landing a flip

Thanks Don.  Yes, restored myself (nearly killed me...as you might imagine from the before picture), except for some things that were farmed out (Chroming, etc.).  Yes, chrono speedo only.

Hank and I have the same color, make, and model car, and the same make and model airplane.  I'll just wait for him to post a picture. :)

I was going to get of picture of them together this weekend . . . After all, it's "plane with your favorite ride," not "plane and favorite ride." But I'm enjoying the pictures anyway

Whenya gonna repaint your plane to match???  :P

Fricken awesome...showen my age, love it

Showing your age, because you're into Cobras?!  No!  Hell, I've loved these cars since I was a kid, driving them since I was 28, bought my own at 34, and am only 40 now.  I'd also own a Dayton Coupe and GT40 if I could afford it.

My license plate... ;)

Right up there with my dentist from years ago.  Had a P-51, A Harvard, A Willy’s Jeep with 30-cal mounted and a boat-load of Robert Taylor WWII art work on the walls.  Nicer cabinets and furnishings than my home....Just a beautiful set-up.  Yours is magnificent too.  Enjoy! :)

Lance I love your bike!  Back in '05  I test rode a 1951 G3 that Bob Raber had for sale in his shop.  It was a beautiful bike, but I remember it made my 73 Triumph feel modern.  I like the way a big single pushes you down the road.  I was a bit challenged by the Burman gear box. The pattern was the reverse of my Triumph and even when I got it right, I my 1st to 2nd shift often end up back in neutral rather 2nd.

You truly have a beautiful machine there.  I love the polished tank with black overlay, beautiful workmanship.
