takair
Not directly Mooney related. I have a friend who owns a Cessna 340 with a turbocharged, fuel injected Continental. Is anybody familiar with a mechanic/shop in the coastal Georgia/SC/NE Florida area who is proficient at setting up Continental fuel flows on a turbocharged engine? Sorry to steel a posting for a Cessna, but we pilots need to stick together.
danb35
I can't help with a shop recommendation, but the folks at CSOBeech.com have a couple of pretty detailed write-ups on the process: http://csobeech.com/files/FuelFlowSID97-3E-Notes.doc http://csobeech.com/files/FuelFlowSID97-3E-Turbo-Notes.doc Seems like an area where the SB might not give the whole story. Of course, the same SB applies to the newer Mooneys too, so it isn't completely off-topic here IMO.
