I had one intermittent strobe and upgraded to LED's instead of troubleshooting. I tested all 3 on my bench with a bulb and they all seem to work fine...go figure. P/N 701295 I'd like $100 each, but will bundle together for a better price. 30 day inspection period as well to make sure you're happy.
