1967 Mooney M20F

I'm selling my 1967 Mooney M20F because my third kid is getting too big and the fourth is on the way. Needless to say, the mooney is not very conducive to a family of six and I just can't justify having it anymore. I have owned this plane for the last 6 years and bought in from a friend of mine. I'm a realist and don't proclaim this to be the hangar queen or cream puff of all mooneys. This mooney has a higher time engine and prop. I did top it a number of years back and had the mechanic take good look at the cam lobes while I was there. The paint is pretty descent, not faded and pretty slick and shiny if you give it a wax job. There is various hangar rash on the airplane and I have tried to show an accurate picture with the photos included. The interior carpet is out, but it was basically threads on the floor anyways. The panel plastics are not installed at the moment as seen in the pictures. This plane is a good flyer and I typically planned for 150kts @ 8000ft running 2500rpm. The plane has long range (64gal total) fuel tanks. They were resealed back when I bought it and had just the slightest leak as seen in the pictures (did not wipe off for 6 months or more). I am in the process of an annual as I type this. I know people on here can get really nit-picky so don't waist your time and mine if that is you. It is what it is, and that's what I am selling. Aircraft located at KAXH.
