KLRDMD
Here’s a video I took today, takeoff from RWY 30 at KAVQ with my Fly360 camera attached to the tail tie down. It works best in the Youtube app on the iPad (and I assume Android). It does not display properly in the Safari browser. Chrome is OK, but the iPad app is far superior. Using the Youtube app you hold the iPad in front of you and can pan 360º. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EOCk06ECVJE
carusoam
Ken, That worked out near perfectly... I pushed the link. My iPad automatically switched over to YouTube and started playing the video. The only oddity was my iPad was on the desk. So I was looking down on the pavement in great focus at such a short range. It looked like stars moving in the night sky. Quickly remembering to pick up the iPad and aim it around the room worked great! Thanks for sharing the video. Best regards, -a-
cnoe
For even more fun I spun around and around in my office chair holding my ipad while watching the video. I'm pretty sure he (I) was experiencing a "flat spin" there for a while! I was about ready to pull the chute until I remembered I was in a Mooney. Isn't new technology fun. Cool stuff indeed!
