Partner wants to take the plane somewhere wednesday, today I noticed our tie downs went missing. Called LASAR at about 2 their time and asked if there was any way they could overnight a set, he said he was backed up on orders but he'd try. helitim Posted February 28, 2017 Report Share Posted February 28, 2017 I did a full write up a year or so ago about them. I flew in and had the steering horn overhauled on the spot. Had an appointment set. The tech was literally standing in front of the hangar as I taxied up with the jacks ready to put under the wings. Probably the best customer service I have had anywhere.
