$70 is more reasonable than I was expecting.

And yeah, the Chicago controllers can be downright arrogant jerks.  If I had to pay for them, I'd want a refund!

So the concept of a certified airplane would no longer exist and might as well all go experimental.

Even experimental aircraft have airworthiness certificate from the FAA before they fly.

Chicago Controllers are great, as long as you like visiting KELSI intersection whether it is on your way or not.
