Well--was able to test flight her post annual. Here's what I found...the burp still happens when the engine is cold. Still see a quick dip in fuel pressure. My A&P now thinks it may be an intake valve not closing for a hot second, allowing fuel to escape, combust and create a higher pressure in the intake manifold, forcing the upper deck reference line to read a split second drop in pressure. However, if I warm her up it doesn't happen at all...so, I guess I'll just keep her warm!!!!
