Don't mean to sound dumb but isn't that for a McCauley?  No way to attach it to the flywheel according to the photos you have

NO, it bolts to the 'flywheel' (starter ring gear) using the 12 bolts on the backplate...

I have to agree with acpartswhse on this,  the Hartzell paperwork shows a different bulkhead design than the one in the photo.

 

Not an expert, just an observation

Well damn,
I got a few bits and pieces like this when I bought my F and didn't get a lot of info. Sorry if I mislabeled this. I found the paperwork in the box with the spinner. Anybody have suggestions on how to identify the real part number and suggest how to flip?

looks like a J style spinner , If you cant see the part #s , it will be hard to sell .... Spinners are hard to sell to begin with.....
