We have a new (to us) plane on the way and as much as we love this bird, we only have room and money for one! Check it out, if you have any questions at all please feel free to call me or text me anytime. Still flying it regularly and am happy to take you up to check it out if interested. Two recent inspections at Don Maxwell, no expenses spared on this Mooney since we bought it. Been a solid performer and very reliable. Hangared at KHYI.

Beautiful plane! Someone is going to be very happy!

I wish we were ready for an upgrade ...  Its that silly house payment that keeps bringing us down! I'd love to sell the C and upgrade to a K, but we'd be eating Ramen noodles ... maybe someday?

Hang in there, the new car fever will pass.

While I have never been the pilot of this bird, I have flown in it for an hour.  Zach gave me a ride to Dugosh in it.  :)    It performed well and had no issues.   I love that it has TKS, and that not something often seen on a 231.  If I didn't already own a 231, I would snap this one up in a minute.

A 231 like yours with regular DMax annuals... I'd have called Don on the phone, had a nice long chat, got copies of all the annuals, and saved myself the cost of the pre-buy.

Especially when the pre buy cost is almost what a base annual is and the annual is good for 6 more months.....

1DH has been sold, closed and delivered to its new owner as of 12/22/16. Great guy from Austin, TX looking for something faster, efficient and in great shape. Hope to see him lurking around the forum in the future. I will miss her but the twin has arrived and now the family will fly with me, finally!!

What's great guy from Austin flying now that's not fast enough? Is it an older Mooney? Will he be selling?

Was in a club. Nothing to sell other than his share of the club. If your interested in a 1/28 share of three planes let me know and I can connect the two of you.

A very tempting offer I must say. However since I don't live in Texas and I'm done with the club thing, and I've reached a point in my life where I want to fly tach and not Hobbs I'll pass. But it never hurts to ask! Good luck with the twin.
