Anyone familiar with Western Propeller in Troutville Oregon?

Troutdale, KTTD.  They've been around a long time and have a good reputation in this neck of the woods.  They did my overhaul a few years ago and do my eddy current inspections.  I have nothing but positive experiences.  They did get in trouble with the feds a few years ago, I think it was paperwork related, not quality related.

Thanks much  I am not having the same luck with them,  I sold them $5,000 worth of parts and cannot get paid and cannot get them to ship back.  Been months.  Other from east coast had same problems.  Jerry Pressley

You are correct but I am a couple thousand miles away.  Possibly I could pay someone on that end to show up there?  Talked to another "customer" of theirs who had a similar problem some time back. Seems to only happen to long distance customers.  He never got his prop back.  Guess its time to hit the court?  Since they advertise nationwide I can file here I assume.  Thanks for the answers.  Jerry

I would think since it was a long distance purchase you could sue in small claims there and get a default judgment when he doesn't show. Collecting in or is pretty easy.
