Hmmm...

Nice GA plane, flown by pro pilot, great for first time owner, or owner with small family, and pilots that like speed and efficiency!

What's next Jim?

- Long Body with excess power?

- Turbo XC machine?

Is it too soon for a turbine?

Planes are really starting to sell this year.

Best regards,

Hi. At a Labor Day party now. Can't write too much.

Plane is currently at Caldwell NJ. CDW. I have flown it across the USA 3 times now in the last year and a half. It has been to Alaska and Quebec City and Mexico and every place in between.

Heading to California or Florida with it if it does not sell for the winter months.

I am the third owner,  last pilot had it for 41 years.  I can understand why, nothing for the money comes close to it in performance.

Many recent mx events at a MSC.

AirMods just changed the oil and worked on the nose gear.

I need to fly 3-4 adults with some light bags and I want a parachute.

Looking into getting a later model 182s and the BRS parachute.

We were literally just at CDW for work yesterday and we went looking for your plane on the ramp. Found nothing but an empty parking space :D

There was a nice 205 with TKS and fresh paint just down the row from you (N..36B). I have a feeling your C is in better shape.

WAAS or engine monitor by chance?

Deciding very soon on whether or not to put a JPI EDM-900 in it.  If I do the price will go up or I will just keep it.....I have been in contact with about 6 people already who think they are cute by offering money in the teens thinking I am desperate or that the plane is a beater......at least I can get a good laugh out of it....

No WAAS...I don't see the need for it right now...there is always an ILS someplace if the weather is that bad.....plus single engine to low mins is outside of my comfort zone.

For some reason no-one wants to pay for quality.  They rather spend 2 years or more looking for a plane and then get frustrated and end up buying a project that flys only 10 hours a year and have questionable equipment......but what do I know....I just like to have 100% dispatch reliability and the ability to cross the USA without question......I must be doing something wrong.....

Add the engine monitor if you want to keep it. We figured we could add one just the same. Didn't see one listed or in the pics. WAAS question was more for the 2020 mandate is all. No issues there either. Looks like a fine airplane. The fact it wasn't there when we flew in to CDW was a good sign to me that it's taken care of by being flown. Subtle touches on your maintenance sheet above are not lost on folks that know a good machine when they see one.
