Cardinal RG flying

Recommended Posts

I was in a club with a fixed gear Cardinal for over 10 Years and have a soft spot in my heart for them. The fixed gear was pretty slow but very roomy, especially for the back seat passengers. I think we decided that I am about 6 knots faster at similar altitude and power settings. I have several speed mods, 201 windscreen, cowl closure, flap and aileron gap seals, wing root fairings, and wing tips. He has the power flow exhaust which he claims is noticeable in climb and fuel burn.

Yes they are beautiful birds, I always got compliments on the ramp and once even from the tower controller.
