Thanks team!  My father is looking for the STC binders.  He did note that his RPM only increased from 2400 to 2500 (vs. the 2700 stated in the article).

I had one of the original STCs, changing the RPM to 2500 and no GW increase.  I upgraded to 310HP, 2700 rpm, which came with extra 168 lb of GW making it 3368 lbs.

2500 rpm is 280hp, typical of the O1...

2700 rpm is 310hp, typical of the O3...

Both the O1 and O3have the same MGToW...

Obviously it pays to have the most updated STC as possible to get it all, legally...
