He's looking for an open baffle system.  My guess for his new cowling.  I bought a used one from Wentworth, but it was in less than stellar shape and had to be repaired.

Air forms can do a good job for you as well a little more pricey but new metal.  I believe their site is airforms.com

 

They made a new dog house for me when I had my E and it worked well.

I want to check that No-one has opened the box. I removed the entire assembly from my 67F and boxed it up approx four years ago. I  will PM you at the E address in your post.
