I worked at a Super Bowl once, on a TV crew. I flew the Mooney into NO Lakefront airport two days before the game. There was the normal amount of planes on the ramp. 

 We planned to leave early the morning after the game. We arrived at the airport at 7:00 AM and found the Mooney with its tail in the corner of the fence and about 50 jets packed as tight as possible between the Mooney and the ramp. I told the people at the FBO that I needed my plane NOW! They laughed. We finally left at 3:30 in the afternoon.

Couple of years ago I was leaving New Orleans Monday after super bowl for KSAV flying form a small field just south of KMSY approach kept me below 3000 for about 30 miles before they cleared me to 110.

Yes KNEW is a made house when the Superbowl or Final four are in town but glad they are here.

One news story I read said about 1,000 corporate jets will be used to visit the Super Bowl.  Of course, the source is as reliable as Scott tissue paper...

They will definitely fill all the local airport ramp space that is available.

I bet nobody will like you if you were to hover taxi over all their jets to get to the active, John..?
