Johnnybgoode
Hi all, I have one seat out already and am planning a refoam and recover project on all of them. I am considering options - leather, fabric, etc - and am looking for any users of the AeroSheep covers. I fly on wool in both my flying jobs, and the availability of colors makes these appealing, but few reviews are to be found, except on the vendor's sites. Also I've found HiTech Foams to be responsive to my inquiries - any first-hand reviews of their products? Thanks for any pertinent comments. Danb
I've had my pilot seat covered with aero sheep seat covers, my wife doesn't like sheepskin so I only have mine done. After five years they still feel and look new. Warm in winter cool in summer, I'm quite pleased with the quality, I believe they were between 250-300 a seat give or take a little. If you decide to get a set they are easy to install and come complete.
TWinter
I think there are two main players. AeroSheep and Rocky Mountain Sheepskin. Cost wise they are very competitive. I bought a new set from Rocky Mountain about 6 months ago. So far so good. Delivery was on time, install was simple and the quality and color are good. This is my second set, my first set I bought used just to see if I liked them. I did, so after about a year or so I ordered a new set. The only reason I ordered the new set was to get a color match for my interior. So far I'm very pleased. -Tom
jrwilson
The quality on aero sheep is good and it was easy to install. The only negative was the completion and delivery time. It took about a month to get them to me. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Jim Peace
+ 1 for Rocky Mountain. I have had mine for about 9 months. Lots of colors and feels even better than the seats in a Boeing.
wishboneash
I had mine made about a month ago from Aerosheep. It took a little over a week to get it after putting the order. This included the headrest, which is an option. The headrest fit was a bit tight, but I guess it could have been my measurement. I also had the slit put in the front of the seats. That might loosen the fit somewhat.
