mike20papa
Solution is popularly referred to as "the dog house" or "aplenum". Easy to maintain and functions with CHT's never above 350 WOT in climb, and that's in Texas. Nothing chaffing the upper cowling, either. Not so great for routine maintenance, getting to plugs, etc,

Greg_D
I don't know if these will help with the seals folding back, but it's an interesting concept. Has anyone here tried them? http://www.mcfarlaneaviation.com/Details.aspx?Article=
Cruiser
as a temporary fix I have been told that cutting the head off a large cable tie and slipping the nylon tie strip between the metal and baffle material will definitely keep the baffle seal from folding back. Non-ambiguous Terminology: the metal is the "baffle", the "rubber" is the "baffle seal". AFAIK.
