The-sky-captain
I'll be taking off to Northern New York soon (OGS) and would like to know if there are any descent on airport restaurants along my route of flight in the Cleveland area, or close by. danb35
I've heard that the Salem Airpark (38D) has good food on the field, but haven't been there myself. Recent comments on Airnav are positive, though.
Chris White ex-N205KD
38D IS very good, neat decor. If you want a true small town "greazie spoon", try Carrol County Tolson, KTSO. Breakfast all day long, and good. Sit by windows facing the runway, and you can hear the cook washing the dishes in the kitchen, just like granny in the old days :-). Very close by is I40, Coshocton Downing. Cheapest fuel in the state, currently at $3.89. I've flown a well-worn path in the sky to Downing to feed the T-Bone.
