I am listing for sale my 1994 Mooney Ovation M20R. This Mooney is serial number 2 off of the line and

was initially Mooney’s demonstrator. It is the Ovation that was on the cover of the magazines when it

was released (painted in the much more bold Texas flag). It has the 310hp Midwest Mooney Screaming

Eagle Conversion. It has some updated avionics with the Garmin GTN-650, GPSS roll steering, flushmounted

JPI EDM-900 (primary for all engine instruments), RCA 2600 backup electric AI, and

GAMIjectors for smooth LOP operations.

The engine is higher time, but the airplane flies regularly, and I have put over 400 hours on the airplane

in 2 years. I have it hangared continuously with oil changes every 30-45 hours. Last annual performed

by DLK Aviation (Mooney Service Center). Maintenance managed by Savvy Maintenance Management.

All ADs and SBs complied with. Complete Logs. No damage history.

Cylinder #4 replaced with an overhaul exchange cylinder 11/2013 at 1,530 hours

Borescope done at 1,530 hours shows the remainder of the cylinders in good condition

Oil analysis done at each oil change shows no metal and good condition

Compressions from 5/2013 annual: 72/66/62/62/60/60

  I've seen you been up to KILG & KRDG. Next time you are up this way, I know someone who is thinking about a Mooney. Maybe I can link you two up. He is still trying to figure out what he can afford.
