Pilot forgets to latch the door and after a touch and go the door popped open and ripped off in flight. Thank goodness we fly real airplanes! Never understood why they thought they'd be able to sell $100k+ planes that are basically new but dumbed down 152s when you can buy a good used one of those for $20k? And make money on them!
